CSQL 에서 CREATE USER로 계정 생성시 문의 점

CSQL 에서 CREATE USER명령을 이용하여 아래와 같이 SQL문을 수행 하였습니다.

csql> create USER root PASSWORD 'root';
csql> ;x

csql> select * from db_user;
csql> ;x

위의 결과에서 보는 것과 같이 계정 "root"를 소문자로 입력했는데 대문자로 나옵니다. 계정은 대소문자
구별을 하지 않는건가요?

그리고 SQL문에서도 대소문자를 구별하는지 알고 싶습니다.
